Impact Clinician: Resetting PIN for Participant

Note this page only applies to organizations enabled with and using fulfillment workflows via HealthBridge Express to deliver packaged “remote care kits” to participants.

 

1. Access Validic Impact

2. Navigate to the participant within Impact

Note that the participant must be enroll in a care kit enabled program (using HealthBridge Express) to have an assigned PIN. Members outside of kitted programs will register in and authenticate with the HealthBridge app using an email address and password.

3. Select the pencil icon near the participant’s name from the Clinician Dashboard

4. Click “Reset PIN” row to expand the section

5. Enter the new desired 4-digit PIN

Note that the previous PIN cannot be viewed, only a new one can be entered.

5. Click the “Reset PIN” button - the participant can now use the new PIN to access HealthBridge Express.
