Clinical User

The clinical user, typically a nurse, physician, or care manger, is the clinical end user of the application. There are three sub-roles of clinical users:

  1. Enrolling Clinician: the clinician who enrolls the participant into a remote monitoring program.

  2. Reviewing Clinician: the primary clinician assigned to the participant; the enrolling clinician automatically takes on the reviewing clinician role upon enrolling the participant, and will always assume the required notifications (events/actions) for the participant. Another clinician can take over the reviewing clinician role for the participant from the clinician dashboard.

  3. Observing Clinician: any clinician who optionally subscribes to a notification (event/action) for a participant, where they are not the reviewing clinician for that participant.

Participant

The participant, or patient or member (as they may be referred to in your organization), is the user who is enrolled into the remote monitoring program by a clinical user.

Administrative User

The administrative user, or admin, has access to the Impact Admin portal to create and edit RPM programs.

Support User

The support user has access to the Impact Support portal to view enrollment and program status for all participants across your organization.
