Securely Passing PHI and PII to Validic Support

The Validic support portal should never be used for transferring PHI or PII to our staff, this includes but is not limited to:

  • Full name

  • Social Security Number (SSN)

  • Mailing address

  • Financial information

  • Medical records

  • Medical record numbers (MRN)
