How long do you keep the data?

In accordance with HIPAA and GDPR, we securely persist the de-identified data on our active servers for a minimum of 6 months after the activity date, after which time data is then persisted on our long term storage for an additional 7 years and customers may request a data dump in order to access data on the back up servers.
