OneTouch Reveal Plus App Not Supported

Validic currently supports two cloud-based glucose meters from OnTouch:

• OneTouch Verio Reflect

• OneTouch Verio Flex

In order to have these devices pass data to the Validic Inform API, the user must sync the device with the OneTouch Reveal mobile app and then have their OneTouch user account authorized to share data via the Validic App Marketplace.

However, OneTouch also has an app called OneTouch Reveal Plus that also lists that it can sync with those devices.

The OneTouch Reveal Plus app is NOT supported by Validic and should not be used to try to sync data from the supported OneTouch devices.
