What is the expected turnaround time in which data is retrieved when the refresh_url is called or a manual refresh is engaged in the Standard App Marketplace?

The turnaround time in which data is retrieved when the refresh_url is called, or the manual refresh button is clicked, in the Standard App Marketplace should be within 5 minutes across all of our integrated vendor apps and devices. This action can be performed a maximum of 5 times per hour.
