iOS Native Changes

General

Update Sample app dependencies and remove Sample app build dependency on Carthage.
Fix Sample app deprecation warnings.

Core

Add "INR Meter" (VLDPeripheralTypeINRMeter) peripheral type.
Remove "Other" (VLDPeripheralTypeOther) peripheral type.

Apple Health

Fix sleep record creation. Sleep analysis records are now aggregated per source, per "in bed" sample.

recordTypeForSampleType: has been deprecated in favor of recordTypeForObjectType:.

Bluetooth

Fix bug where Diabetes records with a blood_glucose value of 0 were not being filtered out.
Change CoaguChek peripheral type to "INR Meter" (VLDPeripheralTypeINRMeter).
Report and submit Bluetooth records in descending timestamp order.

LifeScan OneTouch

OneTouch framework has been tested and confirmed working with MCK v4.7.
