New Features and Updates

  • Device ordering updates (Validic Logistics)

    • Devices available for ordering can now be configured on a per program level. Please contact your Validic representative for more information.

  • Message Pool action updates

    • Required messaging pool actions no longer require a “default” messaging pool to be set from Admin. Messaging pool actions without a pool recipient set will send to the reviewing provider.

      • Admin

        • Messaging pool actions can now be set without a default pool recipient. Existing actions can be edited to be able to change or remove the default pool recipient - this change will only apply to new enrollments.

      • Enrollment

        • If there is no default pool recipient set, the clinician must select a pool recipient for required messaging pool actions during enrollment.

      • Clinician

        • If there is no default pool recipient set, the clinician will see a banner message in the dashboard and a message on the messaging pool action showing that the reviewing clinician is the recipient of the message. Any clinician may update the pool recipient.

  • Event/Action ordering updates

    • Newly created Events (without an associated Action) now show at the top of the list within Admin.

    • Added event/action ordering information within the Event/Action screen on the program in Admin.

  • System monitoring updates

 

Resolved Defects

  • Device Ordering - resolved an issue causing “address line 2” to not be correctly submitted for fulfillment. (Updated in production: 3/4/2023)

  • Support Portal - updated text wrapping for long identifiers/MRNs so they now display properly.
