Summary Dashboard and Program Dashboard Overview
This page provides an orientation to the Summary Dashboard and Program Dashboard within Impact.
Summary Dashboard (Summary View)
The Summary Dashboard is a landing page that shows a list of active alerts and programs.
Program Dashboard (Program/Panel View)
The Program Dashboard is unique to each program and is accessed via the Summary Dashboard. The Program Dashboard shows a sortable and filterable list of participants within the program. Individual participants can then be clicked to access their dashboard.
Summary Dashboard (Summary View)
The Summary Dashboard is a landing page that can be accessed via an action button within the EHR (if utilizing). This is also the initial landing page after logging into Impact via a web browser.
The Summary Dashboard shows a table of active alerts and a list of available programs. It is important to note that this view is not in the context of a particular participant - this is a population view that is tailored to the accessing clinician.
Alerts
Active alerts can be viewed via an alert table on the top of the Summary Dashboard. The assessing clinician will see active alerts for their participants (where the clinician is the reviewing clinician) by default from the table.
Alerts are sorted to the most recent by default - Alerts can also be sorted by “Priority.” A toggle is available to switch between active alerts for participants where the clinician is the reviewing clinician and all active alerts for the organization.
Participants can be clicked to access the Clinician Dashboard for that participant.
Program List
Below the alerts table, is a list of all available programs within the organization. The program name and description is shown (as labeled from Admin), as well as supported measurement types within the program.
At the bottom of each program card, the assessing clinician will see enrollment counts for their participants.
The program name can be clicked to navigate to the Program Dashboard (program/panel view) for that program.
Program Dashboard (Program/Panel View)
The Program Dashboard, also called the Program or Panel View, shows a list of participants within a selected program that can be dynamically filtered, sorted, and searched.
Filter
By default, the table is filtered to the accessing clinician, where that clinician is the reviewer/reviewing clinician. If the accessing clinician does not have any participants within the program, the list will default to all reviewers (no filter). To see all participants, clear the reviewer from the filter using the “x.”
The view can also be filtered by enrollment status, alert status (active/priority), and by reviewer (for any reviewer within the organization that has enrolled a participant).
Sort
The panel is sorted by number of alerts, by default - this will show participants with the highest number of active alerts first (at the top). It can also be sorted by “enrolled on'' date (date enrollment was started) and by the “last reading” timestamp for each measurement type.
Search
A search feature is also available, where a participant can be searched by last name or mobile phone number.
A reset button is available to reset any applied search, sort, or filter, to return the table to the default view.
