What OS does Validic's Mobile SDK support?

For iOS Validic’s Mobile SDK currently supports the current OS and 1 previous version.

For Android Validic’s Mobile SDK currently supports the current OS and 5 previous versions.

This is a rather generous level of support considering most organizations support only the current and one previous version. The adoption of the new OS for IOS users is rather quick, and though in Android there can be lag. This website gives a nice visual of the Android OS market share.

What if a Validic end-user has an older OS that isn’t supported?

They can try to use our mobile SDK with their older OS. It may work. It may not. We won’t be able to offer support for older OS and would suggest that the end-user upgrade the OS on their phone to continue using our product.
