Participant Enrollment Workflow Overview: HealthBridge

This page provides an overview of the participant enrollment workflow using the Validic HealthBridge mobile app.

 

Participant enrollment is a simple process:

  1. Once enrolled by a clinician, the patient will receive an enrollment email.

  2. The patient clicks a link in the email to download the HealthBridge mobile app from the Apple App Store or the Android Google Play Store.

  3. The patient registers and consents to program participation via the app and pairs the requisite device(s) or authorizes cloud source(s) for data sharing within the program.

  4. The patient sends first readings through to the care team.

  1. Receive enrollment email

Once the participant is enrolled by the clinician, the participant will receive an enrollment email. 

The content in this email can be customized by an Admin at your organization via the Impact Admin Portal.

The clinician has the ability to resend this email to the participant via a button in the clinician dashboard.

 

2. Follow link in the enrollment email to download HealthBridge app

The participant can then follow the link included in the enrollment email to download the HealthBridge app for iOS or Android, depending on the platform that they are using.
