Connection Status of HealthKit, VitalSnap and Bluetooth Devices

 


How do I see the connection status of Validic Mobile (HealthKit, VitalSnap and Bluetooth® ) users?

When using the Validic Mobile Library to capture HealthKit, VitalSnap or Bluetooth® data, other than seeing data sourced as "validic_mobile" in Validic, there is no way to see if they have connected or authorized their mobile data in apps.json or the Validic marketplace. Authorizing or revoking HealthKit access is performed directly in the Apple Health app "Sources" page. VitalSnap and Bluetooth® data does not need to be permissioned and will only be available if the user has captured data.
