When setting up and syncing a Withings account, you can add multiple household members to a single account. This feature can sometimes cause confusion during the syncing process.

Here's why: Withings provides smart scales for home use, and it's common for multiple people in a household to share one scale. Unlike wearable trackers, it's not practical for each person to have their own scale.

To manage this, Withings allows you to use one login for the entire household and link each member to it. This way, you can easily select who is using the scale each time.

When syncing a Withings user, make sure to choose the correct household member. If the wrong person is selected, the data might be incorrect or missing.

If there's an issue with user data, first verify that the correct household member was synced. Then, confirm which Withings user is linked to the Validic ID. To do this, have the user log in to Withings through a web browser. They will see a URL like this:

https://healthmate.withings.com/XXXXXXX/timeline

Share the Withings ID (the XXXXXXX part) with Validic Support, and we can check if this ID is correctly synced to Validic.
