The Garmin authorization page now allows the user to select data points (scopes) to allow access to through Validic.
The two options are Activities and Daily Health Stats.
For Validic to be able to access a user’s Summary data, the user must enable Daily Health Stats. To get Fitness data, the user must enable Activities.
Without these selected, the Garmin authorization will still happen, but your calls to the API will result in no data for the user.
