Make sure your OneTouch Verio Flex® has the correct date and time.
Get close! You must ensure the OneTouch® Verio Flex® is close to your phone. We suggest you place them beside each other.

Troubleshooting
Update! Make sure you update your mobile device.
Make sure your OneTouch Verio Flex® has the correct date and time.
Get close! Place your mobile device beside the OneTouch Verio Flex®. If the two are too far apart, the signal will weaken, and pairing will fail.
If pairing fails, reboot and try again. Close the HealthBridge app, restart your device, and reboot your mobile device.
If pairing fails, turn off the OneTouch Verio Flex®, select ‘Try Again’ in HealthBridge, and press the pair button again.
If the OneTouch Reveal® mobile application cannot locate the OneTouch Verio Flex®, ensure the BLE symbol is on your device. Turn it on by pressing OK and the up arrow at the same time until the Bluetooth icon appears on the device.
Data may not appear immediately. Your reading could take time to appear in the HealthBridge mobile application. Once the OneTouch Reveal® mobile application releases the data, HealthBridge will then be able to display your reading.
