New Features and Updates
Push notification action support (for push notifications delivered via HealthBridge Mobile App [iOS/Android])
Within the program in Impact Admin, users will be able to configure push notification actions for Events (individual and combined events). These actions can be configured to either send a push notifications or initiate a conversation:
Note: “Conversation Push to the participant” is only available if both push notifications and Conversations have been enabled for your Impact account.
For each push notification action, Admins will be able to configure a subject and body message content that will be delivered within the push notification on the participant's device.
Note: Push notifications are not currently enabled by default. Please contact your Validic account representative if you wish to enable this feature.

Smart Meter Cellular Device Program Support
Impact now supports Smart Meter cellular devices for “app-less” RPM patient workflows. These devices are initially linked to the patient (either by Validic or by the customer), and the patient may begin using the device with no additional setup. The devices deliver readings over a secure cellular network, and do not require connection via a mobile app, wifi, or bluetooth to operate and transmit readings.
Program Level Cellular Device Support
Smart Meter cellular devices can now be enabled within Impact programs for supported measurement/device types (glucometer, blood pressure monitor, weight scale, pulse oximeter).
Cellular Device Ordering/Logistics
Validic Logistics enabled workflow is standard, where the device(s) is linked and shipped to the patient by Validic.
Customer enabled cellular workflow is available, where the device is linked to the patient from clinician dashboard or support dashboard by the customer, and the customer can provide the device to the patient.
Standard Impact Features
Device readings display in Impact, rules are evaluated (the same as other device types), and discrete data is written to EHR. Mobile app use by the patient is optional/supplementary.
Contact your Validic representative for additional information.
