Android Native Libraries Released - March 30, 2023

General
- Allow custom WorkManager configuration to be provided via androidx.work.Configuration.Provider
Bluetooth
- Fix a case that listeners are not always invoked on the Main Thread.
- Improve notification setup communication.
- Fix case where the Pyle Scale (peripheral 11) could not be read.
- Fix a scenario where scanning in the background could return the incorrect peripheral ID when reading.
- Align Nipro and True Metrix Glucose Meter behavior with other Glucose Meters to store an anchor of the last reading and only pull readings with a sequence number >= to the anchor during the next connection.
- Fix Zewa Blood Pressure Monitors (peripheral 40) failing to pair and read.
- Generate deterministic activityIDs for records from peripheral IDs 2, 14, 21, 22, 31, 36, 40, 45, 2000, 3000, 4000, and 5000.
- Update Omron BP 7250 (peripheral 34) instructions.
- Fix A&D Blood Pressure monitors generating a reading with a value of 0 when an error occurs during reading.

- Rename Sample app Xcode project.
