Known Issue

• Sample App

  • There is a known issue in the sample app code found in the release package where the new iOS 15 entitlement for HealthKit background-delivery is missing. We will correct this in our next native iOS release. For now, you can add the entitlement manually when building the sample app.

New Feature: In Basket Pool Notification Modality Support (Epic Customers)

Impact now supports the ability to send provider-side notifications to In Basket Pools. This functionality is available for Epic customers and must be enabled within the Impact Account (please reach out to your Validic representative if interested). In Basket pool recipients can be added by organization within Impact Admin (the pool must also be added in Epic), In Basket pool notifications can be added and configured within a program, and clinicians can then search and select the desired pool recipient(s) for the notification itself during enrollment (and update from the dashboard after).

  • IB pool recipient management

    • Admin > In Basket Pools

      • Pools can be added, edited, and deleted (if not in use; in use pools must be reassigned prior to deleting)

        

    • Admin > Programs

      • Notifications can be set up to send to the “In Basket pool” communication method

        

• Clinician

  • Clinician can search and select one or more In Basket pool recipients for a notification during enrollment

    

  • Clinician can update the In Basket pool recipient from the dashboard post-enrollment
