How to Connect
The following video and tutorial will help you understand how to pair the device. We’ll also share some steps to troubleshoot as well.
Pairing
Before you Begin
Make sure your mobile device is up-to-date! Check your setting and install all outstanding updates. You can choose not to do this; however, you may have problems pairing the device. Think about it like servicing your car before a long trip.
Make sure your Omron BP7250 has the correct date and time.
Get close! You will need to ensure the Omron BP7250 is close to your phone. We suggest you place them beside each other.
Start Paring
Open HealthBridge and click “Connect BP Cuff.”
Select “BP7250”
Select “Grant” to allow HealthBridge the required permissions to start pairing. Select “Allow” to access the device location.
Once HealthBridge says “Pairing,” hold down the round “Pair” button on the Omron BP7250. Hold this button down until you see a flashing “P” on the home screen. Pairing should complete automatically. If pairing fails, restart your device and try again.
Once paired, complete the reading, and the data will sync to HealthBridge.

Troubleshooting
Update! Make sure you update your mobile device.
Make sure your Omron BP7250 has the correct date and time.
Get close! Place your mobile device beside the Omron BP7250. If the two are too far apart, the signal will be too weak, and pairing will fail.
If pairing fails, reboot and try again. Close the HealthBridge app, restart your device, and reboot your mobile device.
If paring fails, turn off the Omron BP7250, select “Try Again” in HealthBridge, and press the pair button again.
The Omron Connect App is not required for this installation. Using it at the same time as HealthBridge may cause some readings to be omitted from HealthBridge.
