Apple Health Kit support
HealthBridge now supports Apple Healthkit for the following Impact measurement types (this source must be enabled by their care organization)
Activity
Blood Pressure
Blood Glucose
Body Temperature
Oxygen Saturation
Weight
Activity data support
Users can now connect and see their activity data represented within HealthBridge (if enabled by their care organization)
Supported Activity metrics:
Steps
Active duration
Active energy burned
Support available for activity sources including Apple Health kit (iOS only), Garmin, and Fitbit
Cellular hub device support
Users can now view data from devices connected via the Stel Cellular Hub, if enabled within their Impact program
Note: The user will not be able to disconnect this source within HealthBridge. Source connection will be managed by the care team.
Longer data lookback
Users can now scroll back in their “charts” data views to the beginning of their program - this allows users to see a full picture of their progress throughout the life of their program
Logbook card enhancements
Logbook card list UI updated to provide better overall user experience
Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) statistics fix
Resolved issue preventing CGM statistics from displaying correctly
Primary Goal support (iOS)
HealthBridge now utilizes the “primary goal” (formerly default goal) that is set for each measurement type in a program to paint goal lines on each graph. Primary goal will also be differentiated in the list of goals that display on the HealthBridge dashboard.
Connections management update
Updated connected cloud and cellular sources to display source name in the connections list
