New Features and Updates

  • In Basket Pool Actions

    • Impact Admin: required in basket pool actions no longer require a default pool recipient. The clinician must select a pool recipient for the action during enrollment.

  • (Deployed 5/8/2023) Scheduled Event evaluation (Reading Count, Average Reading Limit, and Scheduled [Conversations Only]) will now begin on the calendar day the participant consents to participation in the program (instead of the specific time of consent).

    • For daily scheduled events, the first action will fire on the following day (actions will not trigger on the same calendar day of consent).

 

Resolved Defects

  • EHR Integrated Customers

    • Resolved an issue causing generic blood glucose metric events to not trigger actions based on readings initially submitted with a meal tag.

    • Resolved an issue causing reading timestamps (“Reading Time”) to show in UTC, instead of the appropriate timezone within in basket pool messages.

    • Resolved a usability issue in searching and scrolling with the Reviewer filter in the Program/Panel View in IE 11 (embedded EHR browsers).

    • Resolved an issue in the Program/Panel View in IE 11 (embedded EHR browsers) that caused the column hover tooltip to stick down the page when scrolling.
