Default Messaging Pool (In Basket Pool) Support
Impact Admin
“Send a secure message to an In Basket Pool” action type now allows for the selection of a “default” pool recipient.
If the action is required - the Admin is required to select a default pool recipient to save the action.
If the action is not required (optional) - it is optional to select a default pool recipient to save the action.
Impact Clinician
The clinician is able to see and update the default pool recipient during enrollment and from the clinician dashboard.
