Yes, we are fully HIPAA and PHI compliant. All data stored in and passed through Validic follows the “Safe Harbor” de-identification standard. Our data is stored in secure, HIPAA-compliant data centers with 24-hour security and backups. In addition, every member of our staff completes HIPAA Business Associate training.
Validic is also U.S.-E.U. Safe Harbor Certified and U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Certified.
