There was an issue encountered in the fall of 2021 with Withings users that the refresh token for some Withings users in the Validic system was were in a bad state. There was an adjustment made on our end to resolve this.

Go to the marketplace that they used to connect to Withings at
Disconnect from Withings
Reconnect to Withings to get the refresh token in the correct state.
Completing these steps will allow for data to be transferred to the Validic environment from the Withings app.
