How to Connect
This scale uses Bluetooth® wireless connectivity to communicate with a receiver device. At the end of measurement, the measurement data is sent from this scale to the receiver device. The following videos and tutorials will help you understand how to pair the device. We’ll also share some steps to troubleshoot as well.
Pairing the A&D UC-352BLE Weight Scale
Before you Begin
Make sure your mobile device is up-to-date! Check your settings and install all outstanding updates. You can choose not to do this; however, you may have problems pairing the device. Think about it like servicing your car before a long trip.
Get close! You must ensure the A&D UC-352BLE Weight Scale is close to your phone. We suggest you place them beside each other.
Connecting a Device to HealthBridge
You must pair the devices to create a connection between your device and the HealthBridge application. To do this, follow these simple steps.

With HealthBridge open, click on the measurement device related to your device. We’re pairing a weight scale in this case, so select “Connect Weight Scale.”

Following the directions in the HealthBridge application, press and hold the pairing buttons until you hear two beeps, and the front of the scale displays a “Pr” and a Bluetooth icon. Continue to follow the directions within HealthBridge to be guided through taking your weight measurement.

Troubleshooting
For the best results…
HealthBridge will receive your measurements as long as the application is open in the foreground, or background, of your smartphone (meaning not the active application you’re using, but not swipped closed) and the device is within close proximity to your phone. Should you encounter any issues, we suggest you sit near your mobile phone and open the HealthBridge application for the best results. This will ensure a strong BLE connection to the phone, and HealthBridge is open to receive your readings.
