Please note that Polar devices do not currently report the end user's local timezone. Validic will request the end user's local timezone during the authorization process and use this information to report a "utc_offset" value for Polar fitness and routine records. |
The Polar integration is compatible with all devices supported by the Polar Flow and Polar Beat iOS and Android mobile apps.
Polar's API reports exercises (workouts) once they have been completed and reports a daily aggregation of steps, calories, etc, once the day is complete. Please expect routine records to be reported in their entirety the day after the activity is completed, at the earliest, rather than being aggregated and updated throughout the day
