The enrollment status is shown at the left hand side of the dashboard. Here With this, you can understand where how far along the participant is within the enrollment process and their current status for the selected program.

Data Timespan (View Window)

The View Window Data Timespan is shown on the right hand side of the dashboard. This “Data timespan” is very extremely important, as it populates and informs the date range for the entire section below, including the logbook, graphs, statistics, and goals.

 You You can toggle the window by clicking on it. Two weeks is the default view, and there are four total window options:

  1. One week

  2. Two weeks < Default View

  3. One month

  4. Three months

The Program Summary section provides an at-a-glance overview view of measurement types used within the program, summarized statistics for those measurement types, and the participant’s source connection status (Impact Participant Source Connection Status) by measurement type.

The Advanced Statics section can be expanded to show summary information additional data and additional data summary metrics for blood glucose programs. This includes the These include the number of hyper and hypoglycemic events, the average number of readings taken per day, and other more granular statistics.

This section relies on a specific goal to be configured (required and enabled) for the program - “keep in order to generate these statistics - “Keep all blood glucose between ___ and ___” to be enabled to properly generate these statistics..”

Program Readings (participant data)

The program readings section contains the participant’s discrete reading information and data. The participant’s data can be viewed in a traditional logbook view, or viewed in graphs and charts relevant to the program’s measurement types.

The logbook is the default view for participant data. Individual data points show within the logbook, and are organized by row (day) and column (time of day) for the blood glucose measurement type (these show as a hybrid calendar view for other measurement types). The logbook and other charts will show the data available only for the Data Timespan range selected.

Readings in Blue ↓ signify low out of goal range values

Comment bubble icons next to the reading dates indicate that the participant has entered comments for readings during that day. The number above the icon shows the number of comments. The icon can be clicked, or the individual readings can be clicked, to expand and show the reading comments.

Impact Measurement Types

These graphs can be filtered by meal relation (for Blood Glucose) or to only show out of range values. It is important to again to note that these graphs only show values within the Data Timespan selected.

Goals show participant program progress at the current point in time (upon page load). These are also dependent on the Data Timespan selected. Individual participant goals can be edited and updated to set personalized care plans and care objectives - these changes will only apply to the individual participant for the specific program.

Default program goals are established by a Validic Admin via the Admin Portal.

Goals are shown back to the participant within the HealthBridge app. Note that the participant does not see how their goal status or their progress against the goal, only the goal description itself.
