Pairing the True Metrix Air or Pair it, But Be Super Cute

Troubleshooting

  • Update! Make sure you update your mobile device.

  • Make sure your meter has the correct date and time.

  • Get close! Place your mobile device beside the meter. If the two are too far apart, the signal will be too weak, and pairing will fail.

  • If pairing fails, reboot and try again. Close the HealthBridge app, restart your device, and reboot your mobile device.

  • If paring fails, turn off the meter, select “Try Again” in HealthBridge, and press the pair button again.

  • The True Metrix Air app is not required for this installation. Using it simultaneously as HealthBridge may cause some readings to be omitted from HealthBridge.
