  1. Make sure your mobile device is up-to-date! Check your setting and install all outstanding updates. You can choose not to do this; however, you may have problems pairing the device. Think about it like servicing your car before a long trip.

  1. Open HealthBridge and click “Connect Glucose Meter.”

  2. Select “My Glucose Meter Isn’t LIsted.” Do not select Accu-Chek Guide.

  3. Once HealthBridge says “Pairing,” hold down the left and right arrows on the Accu-Chek Guide Me. The arrows must be pressed at the same time. Hold them down until a circular icon appears on the screen.

  4. When prompted, enter the PIN found on the back of the Accu-Chek Guide Me and click “OK.”

  5. Once paired, complete the reading, and the data will sync to HealthBridge.

Troubleshooting

  • Update! Make sure you update your mobile device.

  • Get close! Place your mobile device beside the Accu-Chek Guide Me. If the two are too far apart, the signal will be too weak, and pairing will fail.

  • Reboot and try again. Close the HealthBridge app, and reboot your mobile device.

  • If paring fails, turn off the Accu-Chek Guide Me, select “Try Again” in HealthBridge, and press the Left/Right arrows simultaneously. fewfw
